Career
Before joining the ADON legal team, Šarūnas Kilčiauskas worked at a legal services company, where he gained experience in insolvency law and debt recovery, advising clients on the initiation of insolvency proceedings and the enforcement of court judgments. At ADON legal, Šarūnas works on compliance matters for financial institutions and crypto-asset service providers, and drafts documentation in the areas of payment services, anti-money laundering and counter-terrorist financing, international sanctions, fraud prevention, corporate and employment law.
