ADON legal assisted Olara, UAB in its entry into the public List of Insurance Brokerage Firms maintained by the Bank of Lithuania, enabling the company to carry out insurance brokerage (insurance distribution) activities in Lithuania.

Acting on the request of the market participants, the Bank of Lithuania entered Olara, UAB in the List of Insurance Brokerage Firms. Inclusion in the list is a regulatory precondition for providing insurance brokerage services in Lithuania under the country’s insurance distribution framework. ADON legal advised on the applicable requirements and supported the company throughout the procedure before the Bank of Lithuania.
