    • Prior joining ADON legal, Evelina Agota Vitkutė worked in legal firms PwC Legal and TGS Baltic. In the past two years, she worked in compliance departments of Swedbank and Revolut Bank. In 2020 she obtained her PhD degree in Vilnius University.

    Experience with regulatory matters

    • Advising on implementing requirements for internal governance, management suitability assessment, whistleblowing, remuneration practices in financial institutions, as well as preparation of compliance methodologies;
    • Advising consumer credit providers, as well as providers of credit secured by a mortgage on various regulatory matters;
    • Consultations to the Ministry of Finance, acting as Lithuanian Managing Authority, including regarding creating structures and financial products for financial instruments for energy efficiency and urban development in Lithuania, also preparation of proposals for necessary legislative amendments;
    • On–site monitoring of the activities for the European Investment Bank of financial intermediaries (three commercial banks and one state owned entity) participating in JESSICA project in Lithuania and implementing financial instruments in energy efficiency sector;
    • Consultations to the Ministry of Environment, State Consumer Right Protection Authority, State Food and Veterinary Service, Mažvydas National Library of Lithuania, State Social Insurance Fund Board,
    • Ministry of Health regarding creation and implementation of various electronic systems for public services;
    • Counselling and representing European Investment Bank while implementing JESSICA initiative in Lithuania.
